REFORMER PILATES TRAINING

POWER PERFORMER

A training for better functionality of the musculature. The exercises are performed on Reformers and Stability Chairs. Resistance exercises are included for better function of the stabilizers and for improving the posture of the body.

CARDIO PERFORMER

A perfect mix of strength and cardio training for optimization of the work of the cardiovascular system. This training is performed on a Reformer, with a trampoline in a horizontal position, which ensures significantly less compression of the leg joints.

CADILLAC PERFORMER

A strength training session on a Cadillac. These workouts are performed one-on-one with a personal STOTT PILATES®️ trainer. If necessary, additional machines or accessories are used, which gradually facilitates the process of complete performance of the programmed exercises.

CERTIFIED EXERCISE METHOD

Our trainings are programmed on a base of the five principles of the STOTT PILATES®️ method, which consists more than 500 systematic exercises on reformers and additional equipment.
Our trainings will contribute for you to seriously fall in love with the machines on which you exercise! The technique of performing the exercises is significantly more fun than any other training and the benefits of regular practice will be immediately noticeable. You will feel better body motion and functionality, strengthening of the muscles around the pelvis, lengthening and learning the correct placement of the multifidus and its function in body posture standing against the gravity, increased awareness when performing the exercises, better mood, better flexibility, increased energy during of the day, better balance, better posture, better technique when doing the exercises, activation of deep abdominal muscles, as well as better tone of the muscle tissue.

The individual and semi-individual trainings include the modification of exercises according to a progressive way of training.
